Halcyon Arts is designed as long-term performing arts infrastructure, and pricing reflects the scale and complexity of your operations.
Halcyon Arts is structured as an annual subscription to reflect the long-term infrastructure being provided. Both annual and monthly payment models are yearly commitments.
Halcyon Arts is billed as 3 separate “Modules”, meaning that each area of the Halcyon Arts system that your organization uses is charged separately with the core Artistic planning module being the starter package.
Most importantly, we believe in transparency. No hidden fees, no conditional pricing—just clear, upfront information so you stay in control.

Add On Modules…
Health Appointments, Rehab Program & Dancer Work Status Module - $4,000/year
Clinical Notes & Health Dashboard Module - $5,000/year (Must have Health Appointments Module)
Wardrobe Management Module - $1,200/year
All the above include up to 60 users. Each additional 10 users are added at a rate of 10% of the pricing above.
For example, if you choose the Core: Artistic Planning package with the Wardrobe management Module, the first 60 dancers will be charged at $11,200 and each additional 10 users is charged at a flat fee of $1,120. So between 61-70 users will be a total of $12,320, 71-80 users will be a total of $13,450
Pilot Halcyon Arts For Free
We understand performing arts organizations, and know that adopting new infrastructure is a considered decision.
We offer a structured pilot for organizations wishing to evaluate Halcyon Arts within a defined production or rehearsal period.
The pilot includes initial setup and practical support to ensure your organization can assess the system clearly and without unnecessary disruption.
