Halcyon Arts is structured as an annual subscription to reflect the long term infrastructure being provided. Both annual and monthly payment models are yearly commitments.

    For choreographers and freelancers. Take your casting and production templates with you wherever you go. Share them with companies or projects you work with, and “plug into” those companies to share your casting templates and see their schedule and dancers.

    60 day free pilot

    Built for smaller organizations with annual budgets of up to $3.5 million. Includes all functions and features of Halcyon Arts for your growing organization.

    Maximum 30 users.

  • $12,000/Year or $1,100/Month

    60 day free pilot

    For larger multifaceted organizations with budgets over $3.5 million. Includes all functions and features of Halcyon Arts.

    Maximum 60 users ($1200/year per 10 extra users)

Pilot Halcyon Arts For Free

We understand performing arts organizations, and know that adopting new infrastructure is a considered decision.

For this reason, we offer a structured pilot for Ensemble and Institution-level organizations wishing to evaluate Halcyon Arts within a defined production or rehearsal period.

The pilot includes initial setup and practical support to ensure your organization can assess the system clearly and without unnecessary disruption.

Pilots are included in all subscription levels.
