Halcyon Arts was created from first-hand experience inside professional performing arts organizations.

With over 15 years working within a professional ballet company, alongside dancers, artistic leadership, and production teams, and over 10 years in arts nonprofit management, one reality became clear: there is no single system designed specifically to support the complex, day-to-day operations of performing arts organizations.
